ER FILMLOOK STAT
BURBANK--After the live season premiere episode of "ER" was aired, producers turned to FILMLOOK to process elements from the live show for inclusion into the recap portion on the following week's program.
The recap incorporated film elements from
last season's episodes, as well as video elements from the live
show--which FILMLOOK processed. FILMLOOK's film simulation process
blended the video elements with the telecined elements seamlessly
in order to achieve a more integrated look.
HOLLYWOOD--The hit military action adventure series "Pensacola--Wings of Gold" has recruited FILMLOOK to process video stock shots along with some occasional production sequences in video for the film program.
The series features military stock footage
mostly shot in video and processed in FILMLOOK for editing into
each episode, but there are also principal scenes featuring the
lead actors in the cockpits of actual fighter aircraft and helicopters
that were shot with video equipment due to time, space or security
limitations. "Pensacola" airs nationally in syndication.
QUEBEC--Sovicom Inc. is currently producing the weekly drama "Diva," a video production, DP'd by Serge Desrosier, recorded in digital Betacam video and processed in FILMLOOK.
This is the first hour long drama series to be produced in Canada that has been entirely processed in FILMLOOK. The drama centers on a high-profile modeling agency and the pressures and internal conflicts that exist among the characters. "Diva" airs on Thursdays at 8PM EST on Tele-Metropole (TVA) in Quebec.
Congratulations to the producers of the HBO documentary "Drop Dead Gorgeous (A Tragi-Comedy): The Power of HIV-Positive Thinking" for receiving a CableAce Award in directing a comedy special. We salute your achievements and are proud that FILMLOOK was selected to process segments of this award winning program.
